Shipping duration depends on which country you are shipping from to Ghana and also depend on the shipping method you choose, either sea or air. On the average, shipping by air takes 3 to 14 days and shipping by sea takes 30 to 45 days after the ship sets off.

Generally speaking, we usually prefer shipping fees to be paid after goods arrive in Ghana. However, in some peculiar circumstances and for some countries sometimes, we may be able to provide shipping bills in addition to prices of goods.
We do our best to ensure our clients have a clear picture or video of the exact item or product they are ordering. For that matter, we rarely do have cases where what you ordered is different from what you receive. However, in such rare cases, we will either refund you uprightly and take the product from you or we will import another product for you as a replacement and take the current item.
